No tornadoes found in Jefferson
Severe thunderstorms that swept the area Friday night did not produce any confirmed tornadoes in Jefferson County, weather service officials said Sunday. Benjamin Schott, a meteorologist at the National Weather Service in Louisville, said teams have been investigating reports of tornadoes but found that the evidence such as how debris is spread and how trees are damaged indicate the damage
